i got the same email telling me final warning threatning with arrest warrant blah blah blah i have been getting these emails for four years from ACS corporation they will keep sending emails. I have filed police reports before just so its on file . They also change their phone number and contact person alot also the name of the corp will change as time goes by
left me an email saying that I owe $4526.65 lawsuit fee, will settle for $500.00 with a case number and a phone number and court name in NY. threatening to seize my bank and social security. I do not owe any money so I called phone number 423-453-4592 someone with indian accent answered, he told me that i borrowed $200 from payday loan and did not pay back...lol I dont even know how to use payday loan. So i asked him who is this case for? what's the name of the person on file...he doesn't know. You don't even know whom you need to collect the money? I told him i ll make a police report. [***]
This is a common spam e mail they send out hoping that someone like you will call them back. They now know who you are and what your phone number is, so expect more calls from these foreign crooks.
