Every day and I mean every day these pantywastes call around 8AM. I see the ID on my phone, my call blocker stops the ring but I see who it is, CITI DWEEBS
This number belongs to Citi. Automated call every hour 8am to 8pm.
We had a bill that was overlooked and overdue, paid and didn't own Citi a penny, the call didn't stop.
Got an automated call from "Citi" asking for someone I never heard of. I pressed all the buttons to say this is the wrong number, never heard of her, etc. and it asks me to wait on hold for a human representative. Tried skipping that step (I should wait on hold to tell them they have the wrong number????) but they kept calling, so today I waited on hold and talked to a person who asked me what number they had been calling. I told her they called me and initiated this whole thing, I'm not giving out my number to a total stranger over the phone. She said if I didn't tell her, they'd keep calling.
Have been receiving calls from these guys. Have a best buy cars that was illegally used fraud department is handling this but still getting robo call. Have filed a complaint with the FTC. Anyone getting calls from these guys should check for fraud activity they have no safety guards in place.
These people started calling me a few days ago asking for Melissa Smith to pay off a debt on Best Buy credit card. No one here by that name & I don't any Melissa Smiths. I dont owe Best Buy anything, but I do have a Citi card account and payments are on time.
When I told them (wasn't sure there was a real person there) that I'm NOT Melissa & don't have a Best Buy card, they hung up, but they still call 3 or 4 times a day. These people are bull dogs!
There was another company calling looking for Melissa Smith about a year ago, and I spoke to someone, and told them I'm not Melissa, and eventually they stopped calling, but I must still be on someone's list to harass (why me?? I pay my bills on time)
The automated message said they were calling on behave of Citi Bank in regards to a Best Buy Credit Card. We do not do business with either company. To ensure our identity was not compromised, I called them back to let "Citi Bank" know that we have not opened an account with them. I happened to get a sweet old lady that said "This is my cellphone and I only use it for emergencies."
I will be calling both Citi Bank and Best Buy to let them know of this scam.
