Who called from 4234676999

Number is calling me 4-6 times per day leaving no message and when I answer I get a recording "please hold" and never picks up??

I get a call from this number at least four times a day...I usually don't answer but one I did ans of course they said nothing. Tool.

It's Home Depot card collection administered by Citibank.  They are relentless, I received a call over 20 times in 2 weeks including weekends.

Received a call today and didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number; have never had a Home Depot account.

THIS IS SOLD AND PURCHASED SECOND PARTY DEBT. THEY KNOW THAT LEGALLY IT IS UNCOLLECTABLE FOR LACK OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING RECORDS. THEY CANNOTT PROVE THE DEBT!!!!!!!!
