I also receive calls from this number. I believe they have several. It's Citi Bank collections (probably contracted out to third party collection agency to handle their delinquent accounts). Anyway, my call is about Home Depot. They are very bothersome and want post dated checks over the phone if you don't have the money to pay immediately. They call even if you are late paying one payment. They call over and over (most likely on computer redial). Since I owe them money and intend to pay it anyway, I find it interesting that they waste time and money trying to collect something they are going to get without all the trouble. Sometimes they do leave messages to call, but unless you have your checkbook handy, it's fruitless. It's just a way to harrass customers. They seem to enjoy it.
this calling every hour of the day is getting old. not sure what they want since i do not owe anything nor have i ever owed anything to home depot or radio shack. not real sure why they will not quit calling. no one ever says anything when i pick up the phone and i just really do not know what to do about this.
Just got a call. Second one today and it's only 10 min. to ten. I answered this time and they said it was Home Depot and wanted to talk to my husband. Wouldn't talk to me - too bad since I'm paying the bills now!! If they were legit and wanted money that is - which I don't even know!!?
