When someone comes and says: "I'm from the Government, and I'm here to help you" then be worried.

Got a call from (423) 468-5459 and the caller ID reads: WINNER PRIZE.

No message left... I'm sure it is not a call anyone really wants to receive.

Got a call and answered, but no one was there.

I just applied for fed grant for college. This number called and noone was on other end. I "believe" it's a third party trying to call. Not gonna answer.....423 is tennessey area.

I continue to receive calls from this # and I have applied for college grants and no one answeres,  Need to be careful when applying for college many on the web.
