Received a call from 423-509-0184...I did not answer as I didn't recognize the number and it's not in my area code. It went to my answering machine but no message was left. They hung up as soon as the recording announcement started. I tried calling back two days later (blocking my Caller ID) and the auto receptionist started with, "Hello. You have reached the Vehicle Service Contract Division."
At that point I hung up. I constantly receive U.S. mail from these people and it's a known scam. They sell you a contract but never seem to pay out. There's always a loophole from what I have read.
