Just received call. Said hello twice and was hung up on. Called back immediately and it says "press 1 to be connected " , which I did, only to EVENTUALLY get a voicemail saying "this is attorney Jim Johnson ". Not sure if collection agency or scam, as one would think an attorney's number would be an easy reverse search on Google.
