Some woman (no accent), asking for my mother by her nick name (the name only her family and friends use)  and not her legal name. She doesn't know anyone from Tennessee so I told the woman she had the wrong number.

Received a call from 423-535-9523, caller I.D. Only lists the phone number, I let it go to leave a message, afterwords a male voice says all circuits are busy, then a female voice asks for my mother by her first name two or three times.My mother  doesn't know anyone in Chatanooga, TN.  I wish I could add more info
