Chattanoota number called us to tell us our new computer was registering slow and errors and they wanted to put a Microsoft technician on the phone to help us get the computer fixed. They knew our name and our address. We had just had a new computer delivered 2 days earlier. Makes you wonder if there isn't a scam going on with someone in the shipping dept or the delivery people, Fed Ex. Weird.
The owner of this company is listed on manta.com And whats even very odd to me is his address is at a apartment complex in chattanooga , od to own a business and be living in a run down apartment. HM?
