I am so sorry you've been affected by this. The Neil's phone number has been spoofed. It has been reported to the police and the phone company but they're being told there is nothing they can do! The police wouldn't even file a report. Please don't blame the Neil's or call their number. They are just as angry and hurt by this as I’m sure you are. They're also filing a complaint with the FCC. If you can block the number, please do so. If not, please ignore any calls from this number because it isn’t them.
