I just got the call from 1(423)544-7389.  The number showed up on my cell phone as coming from TN, USA.  It wasn't someone with an Indian accent it was actually a female with a sweet soft voice who spoke perfect English with no accent.  She said she was making a courtesy call to let me know that I was automatically entered in a sweepstakes called "Dream Come True" for  current Visa, Master Card or Amex customers.  She said that she was calling to confirm that I was still a current customer and was asking me what card I had.  I told her that I would not disclose any information to her because I never heard of such thing.  She said the she was not going to ask me for any private information and that she was just making a courtesy call to let me know that I was automatically entered in the sweepstakes.  I told her like three times by then that I was not interested and as I was telling her for the fourth time she quickly connected me to an automated system "for a chance to win $25,000" I quickly hung up.  What's wrong with these people?

I've called and the guy asked for David. (Same guy called this morning with no caller ID). I told him there's no such person. He kept bothering me asked me whether I'm Chinese using Chinese and I hung up the phone.
I have not seen these kind of cold call since Fed cracks down the "car warranty calls". Looks like these guys use some new tricks to trick people now.

I mean "I've been called" instead of "I've called".

These guys called again this morning looking for "David Lee" with a toll free #. 888-694-2240. There are people answering the phone.
Phone call for David Lee include 214-705-3703 (when I asked, a lady said David Lee signed up for baby website), 888-694-2240, 302-394-6827 (classes careers) 423-544-7389.
Since there's no David Lee, I don't know whether it's a scam or somebody signed up something and put my phone #, or he put a wrong #.

I think it's a scam because these caller are totally different.

So annoying. Hopefully, government agencies can crack down this as the one they did to "car warranty" scam.
