Someone from this number has called me two nights in a row at almost 9 pm when I am trying to get my children in bed so I haven't been available to answer. They leave no message. If it is a legitimate business call, it needs to be made during regular business hours or at the very least no later than 7 pm. Plus they need to leave a message if I don't answer. Otherwise, I'm going to assume it's a scam of some sort.
Thank you for your message, but why do these callers hang up when I answer? And when I'm not here, leave a meaasge on my answering machine? This type of information should be made public in the newspapers or all on local news broadcast. Some people can't be disturbed especially tying up the phone if an emergency happens, and with all the scams going on most people will write them off as a scam anyway.
Please help to make us aware of anytime you get hung up on or are talked to rudely by any of our callers. This type of behavior will not be tolerated in any way. We record all of our outbound calls so as long as you can tell me the number you were called from and the time of the call as close as you can get, I guarantee that I will get to the bottom of it.
