I was recieving calls from phone number 1-760-582-0313 the person named himself Nick Stevenson when he speaks directly to me he identifies himself as an Attorney for United Law Services supposedly located in Los Angeles, the caller identifies himself as a officer when someone else takes the call for me. This person alleges I owe a payday loan and if I do not pay him immediately he will submit the paper work to the court and the police will pick me up at my home or work and drag me to jail. When I ask information about this payday loan they cannot give any information until I pay in full. Well I caught this Nick person in a lie, I was suppose to fax him a paper with my personal info authorizing ACSA a payment of $750.00. He called me 2hrs after I told him I would fax the paper. He called angry, shouting why have I not faxed over the paper, I told him he gave me a wrong phone number I told him I tried calling you back and the phone number 760-582-0313 is incorrect. I told him it redirects me to a 1800 number to a quest company. He said it is correct I am calling you from that number right now, I said no you are not the number right now is 423-591-5936. He said oh, let me call you back from the 760 number. I asked then who's number is 423-591-5936 he said oh uh it's my personal number. He told me you need to dial a 1 before dialing 760-582-0313. When you dial the one and dial the rest of the digits you can here a change of tone from the phone a foriegn ring.
