calls and hesitates pretending it is a live call.  just some sort of robocall

I answered phone and there was a realistic pre-recorded message with some [***] named Emily saying I stayed at a resort and qualify for some [***] scam they are pushing, probably for my credit card information? People like this should die or be arrested. The caller ID said it was from the Chattanooga TN area
