This fool called twice and got no answer.  I hope one day the phone companies give us a button to send all telemarketers a 1,000 volts down the line to fry their switchboard.  Then when the call a repair or replacement person they are required to charge them $ 10,000 per line and monthly cost of $ 500 per day per line to irritate people.  This at least will slow this public nuisance down.  I can get on internet if I want something.
