Who called from 4236227158

somebody called me before 6 am. My caller i.d, showed it as "no data"
i star 69'd, and the recording told me the call was made from 423-622-7158.

That is one of the 911 center's numbers in Hamilton co TN

i got afew calls from 423 622 7158. last one 3.15 am. no message. looked at my call log. said dialed numbers at 3.12 am 08./ i did not dial 08. keypad was locked? can someone else dial phone numbers and put another phone number in to make it look like the number was my number? i dont get it. can people  take control over someelses phone with somekind of computer software? thats what im thinking.
