Who called from 4236483200

I got a call from this number 423-648-3200 this evening. Phone was turned down so I missed the call. When I dialed it back I got a do, do, do, were sorry but the number you have reached is temp out of service or has been disconnected. What the??? How could it have called my phone then? Really freakin weird!

I just got a call from 4236483200 also I called it back and it was disconnected....Does any one know why that is ?

Just got call from this number called back and all it says is sorry the mailbox is full transferring you and then it asked me to put in a code.
