Who called from 4236985234

This number keep calling me at various time; when I call back the recording is as: The number you are trying to reach is disconnected or no longer in service.
How can you explain that

I have been getting the same call. It is very annoying and disturbing. It also only rings only two times at most. And even if I have time to answer it, there is no one on the line.

Just got one here as well. Only rang twice & no message was left. Tried calling back & got the same recording as FB.

I just got called by this same number on my cell.  just rang twice and no message.  call back gave same disconnected recording.

I have been receiving the same calls for the past 2 days at different times. Get the disconnect message when I call back???????
