Trying to collect on a bill paid in full 6 years ago, and refused to provide me with substantiaing paperwork to prove I still owed that money. It looks like they pulled information off an old credit report, as they had no new information on me for the past 5 years. Woman was abusive and very condencending. Blocked caller on my phone.
