I also recived received several prank calls from this number, they would hang up as soon as I received the call.  I blocked my # and called back and was informed that these were all telemarketers from the Chattanooga Times Free Press, who are trying to push their $5 sale on the paper for christmas. Just FYI, you can ask them to put you on their do not call list and they will immediately, they were very kind and responsive after I called back to verify. I hate being annoyed too, but they are just doing their job no matter how much we dislike it, and we have the right to stop that so call them and tell them to stop ;)
