Just got a call from this #. When answered, there was only background noise such as would be heard from a room full of telemarketers. Noise just faded away rather than and abrupt click. Caller ID said it was Intl number 423-765-4012
I received a call at work from 423-765-4012. The lady on the phone said she was calling to offer us some type of special financing on our credit cards. I told her we were not interested.
