423-822-2468 are calling my elderly parents day in day out, at times with a recording asking if they have medicaid, other times they hang up... wth!
I just called them, they have a recorded message asking for a 7 digit number, of course I've not a clue what this access # is.
They're calling from Tennessee (Chattanooga, Johnson City, Kingsport) does any know who this is? Thanks

MY 92 YEAR OLD DAD GOT TWO OF THESE CALLS AT AROUND 3 A.M. LAST NIGHT. WHAT HAPPENS IF THESE LATE NIGHT CALLS LEAD TO SOME SORT OF ACCIDENT OR A HEALTH ISSUE. LATE NIGHT CALLS ARE SCARY!
