I used real caller public app and it gave me Micheal Roberts.
I then entered that name and number in Google and got verification of that name tied to the number through a couple of sources. He's an airport hanger manager at a smaller airfield in Tennessee but it was listed from 2005. I didn't search any more. Maybe he's dead and someone else or entity is using the #.

Call from 423-823-0064. Answered, Robocall in female voice about credit card monitoring, hang up after few seconds.Filed complain with FTC as my number is on the Do Not call list.

Received call at 2:17 p.m. Robo-call wanting to help me to reduce my credit card debt. Hung up and blocked phone number.

Whomever this is, is calling my cell phone. Didn't hear my phone ring which is a good thing.
