Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. No message. For the past month I have been getting nuisance calls on my cell phone. I will block this one as well
Call from this number to my cell phone today (15 Sep 2016) at 10:30 am (Central Time.) No caller ID. I answered only because I have been receiving at least 1 call to my cell phone each month (from a different phone number), with no ID and no message left. When I answered I heard a recorded female voice which started off faint. I have the volume for my cell phone set at the highest level, but the recorded voice was so soft at the beginning I couldn't understand the name ("fake name" let's assume) the woman's voice gave at the beginning. The message went on to tell me they had been monitoring my credit card use for 6 months (yah, right,) The message went on to tell me I could reduce my credit card interest rates and I should press 9 to speak with a representative (yah, right, again.) I didn't say anything else and I didn't press and key on my phone. I waited until the call disconnected. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
