Survey company. They called literally every 11 minutes for an hour until I finally picked up to deal with them. They stopped calling when I asked to be removed from their list. Unfortunately, surveys are exempt from DNC, not that it matters anyway.
Was sleeping and phone rang picked it up and after asking twice "Who is this?" He said something like Thomas Survey, and when I asked "Who's Thomas?" (remember, I had been sleeping..not even awake yet) he huffed or grunted or something and hung up on me! LOL
