These people call rental property owners and hound them about buying property or.selling property. They promise results with insane commissions paid to them. Very nice agents, but impossible to get rid if. They will call repeatedly and I've even been texted by the agent trying to build a repore with me. Trying to make money preying in desperate property owners. Do not get involved with these people. The local #'s roll to the agent on call who may be local, and may be in California. Who knows!
