Who called from 4238950397

Same as everyone above, did not answer call, a 4 second voicemail no one spoke. Blocked!!

I did answer the call, and after I said hello approximately 5 times, they still never said a word and just hung up! This is not the first time they call either! I'm tired of it!
What I'd like to know is, what good is being registered on both The State and National Do Not Call Lists do? These fools and others like them are still always blowing up my cellphone with their bogus calls!

They called my cell phone twice in a matter of minutes. I am on the "Do Not Call" list and these people still call! Blocked!

I missed answering this call because I was asleep.  No message left.

I did answer and recorded voice said this call about credit card , no name or credit card name I hung up . Call back,  this # not in services . Scammers using this #. This number showed up as Elizabethton, TN.
