For everyone else: This is a burner phone which can have an area code from any of the 50 states without actually being in that state, so it is difficult to locate the caller and proceed with charges of false representation etc. If you applied for a loan online within the last 12 months, these pathetic people, like this person, call to try to scam you out of money on a fake loan. The Sheriff's Department in my state said to report them because they will NEVER leave a voice mail stating this information because that would then be another more serious felony which the FBI would get involved in. However, different states have different laws, so save the calls on your phone showing they called even though they will never leave a message, and you may still be able to file harassment charges depending on the number of calls.
