Called and asked for me by name. said they knew I stayed at one of their hotels and immediately began asking which location I prefer between Williamsburg, Smokey Mountains and Alexandria. I said I was uncomfortable with the phone call and they transfered me to the 'manager' who had worked there 11 years. I asked repeatedly for information in writing but they refused saying it was a phone offer only. She even dropped the price by $15 or something. I gave in eventually and they read a recorded statement that was too fast to understand. I called Wyndham customer service and they said the call was legitimate. I'll have an update if I find out anything.
I received a call from them after giving my phone number to the Hilton in Pa. It was at a bridal show and they were giving away free gifts. They specifically stated that they were not going to disseminate the number to anyone. When I received the call I spoke with a woman who basically interrogated me about why I didn't want this service. After the point was made clear she just hung up on me.
i did not anwer, im glad i did not after i read the other callers. if those [***] call me back i believe i will answer and tell them i am tracking them on the fbi phone listing and i was glad they had taken the time to get busted. waste my f-in minutes, i will drive to the location burn there [***] houses down.
I received a call from this number, but I didnt respond as I didnt recognize the number. The caller disconnected the phone even before it could reach my voice mail. This forum is cool as now I know that this was just a bogus call.
