Who called from 4239790521

Answered phone call from this number they hung up. Tried to call number back, at first it was busy then got no answer.

Had the same thing happen.  Phone rang, I answered, and they hung up. The caller ID said "OUT OF AREA".  I didn't bother to call back.

I got a call from 423-979-0521 and when answered, they claimed to be from a local radio station and that I had won a contest. No such luck....they were trying to sell timeshares in the smokey mountains. I emailed the radio station about the caller misrepresenting them.
