Who called from 4240006862

Got a call that displayed this number. 000 is not a valid exchange so the ANI was bogus. Left no message.

Automated call from Card Services.  Says to push "9" for lower interest rate on current credit card.
I pressed 9, and got someone answering "Good Afternoon"  
When I asked who I was speaking to, she hung up.
These calls have been coming for months now, with differant numbers.  
Our number is on a do-not-call-list.
