Who called from 4242090926

Very helpful company said they were looking for sharp people that were money motivated and looking to make a huge change in their current financial situation.

looks like some preemptive shilling is going on here!

Don't know what "Transamerica Expansion" is but the first thing that pops up in a web search is http://tfaexpansion.com — a *very* shady looking web page indeed (it's an essentially content-less frameset with its real content hidden at http://pages.oprius.com/2LW43). The web site itself consists of just a single page which is trying to recruit people for a career with "Transamerica Financial Advisers".

There's also this suspicious looking Craigslist ad posted just a couple of weeks ago (2013-10-08): http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/bus/4117825544.html
"Financial Educator NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED" (No experience needed?!)
Note that the ad uses Transamerica's logo but the company ([email protected]) does not appear to really be Transamerica Corporation (hence the "no experience needed", no doubt). No phone # or street address (no surprise there) but it's for Culver City, CA, which may be close enough for the phone number for this thread.

yes -- 424 area code is an overlay that includes Culver City.  (Culver City can have either the 310 or 424 area codes).
