They called my home and made my wife very worry, They said police is going to arrest your husband and give his work phone number. Luckily my wife did not give them my number but ask their number, and they give this number to her.I called the number as soon as he start to speak I find him fake human being trying to be American and started to threatening me.
I ask him I will be happy to send him invitation to come to USA and we can have dialog face to face , we need here some body to send him to jail to be queen of the prison.
This kind of scam call cause to shake the nerve and heart of people and person who doing this deserve to be queen of the jail.Sorry I unleashed my language but I had to say something harsh to those kind of people.
I do not know who this is but is very ignoring. calls all the time then asking for someone i do not know and then when i tell them they are going to ask me if i am sure. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quit calling and harrising
They called my JOB claiming that they are a lawyer's office. I have no idea who these people are. Im sure they are another one of those scammers. The guy left his name as Michael Davis yet my supervisor said he sounds like hes from India... Someone needs to catch these guys ASAP.
I just received a phone call to my job, the person had a very strong accent, and he also had my checking account number and bank routing number. He said something about cash advance loans, but I have never had or used this particular bank for anything other than my mortgage. He left this phone number 424-210-3580 and said he is from the law group of mckinney. I immediately called my bank and set up an alerts for any withdrawls or deposits...whereas every transaction-deposits or withdrawls needs a confirmation from me and if I am not available the transaction will not be processed. This is very scary.
The caller said that there are federal legal charges pending against me for fraud by check, theft by deception and something else that I cannot remember. Again, this has me very worried.
The same person with the strong indian accent has called my work twice, the first time threating me with being arrested, and was very rude, wouldnt tell me what it was about. about 2 weeks later someone was trying to use bank card.... He called my office today and left his name which he said was Raymond Francis, ive also had an indian sounding woman call my phone and threaten me, couldnt quite understand her message really if they are going to have someone call you they should at least make sure you can understand them LOL..
They called me and said the same thing. All this legal talk and when i tried to ask qustions they cussed and hung up on me. I recorded two conversations with them cussing me out and saying offensive things to me. I have two names i spoke with this Michael Davis and Raymond Francis. This is not a real law firm and they are not real attorney's THIS IS A SCAM. I applied for a loan but was denied. My checking account even shows no deposit of the amount i asked to borrow. What can I do? they have my information. I closed that account but they still hve my info. Has anyone been to court over this matter? Be aware scammers sound more from India than american.
