I was under the sink replacing my garbage disposal when this outfit called again. Thinking it might be one of my kids I got out from under the sink and answered it. Two things: You can report them to the feds as a violator of the "Do Not Call List" I will do that even though being a government operation it probably will amount to zero. Also, somebody needs to sponsor a bill that requires the telephone company to charge everyone who isn't approved by the customer 25 cents or $1.00 or something. It should be made so you can go on line and move people from the pay list to the approved list. Then let them call all they want.
Called at 9:00am this morning. Left no message (never answer calls from numbers or ID's that are unfamiliar). This one's caller ID was xxxxxx, CA. Now blocked.
I agree Panasonics are great with many features besides the call block. I have this call too with no message so I assume it is junk due to the reports here. However, I think you are over kill on blocking whole area codes. I have friends from all over and dont always have thier new numbers and they can not get through if I block the area code. So I take the trouble to enter each blocked #. With this site and several others, I am sure I get the bad guys blocked and wont miss any calls from contacts I want.
Nope. If you know you don't know anyone in an area code and get a ton of calls from it, just block it. Makes perfect sense to me. Nothing overkill about it
