I am the customer of security one company and I feel bad about this news. Why they are doing this? This company is growing fast now. Their services is not bad I know they had many customers feel sad about this.
They call claiming to be Honeywell and that they made the security equipment installed by our security company. They want to send an inspector out to check on the equipment. This sounded like a scam to me, especially considering the caller certainly would have never been allowed near a phone if indeed she was representing Honeywell.
I am the owner of Security One and we don't have any association with a 424 area code nor 626. Someone must be using our name but I can assure you all of our practices are completely legitmate and we take pride in great customer service and satisfaction. Thank you!
This kind of people are crazy! They have nothing to do in their life that is why they are doing this..., but I can assure you that they are not from security one company.
