I agree with your second sentence.   They called again today when I was out.  BUT you are wrong about the area code.  El Segundo has two area codes: 310 and 424.  424 is an overlay on top of the 310 area code.

Yep, they're blocked by my blocker.  Finally home 7-22-16, 4:27pm to hear the one ring only.

Hung up after one ring. Blocked call & reported to donotcall.gov and to the FTC as harassment.

Continually calls, though # blocked.  Reported to FTC & FBI as harassment & threat to my security & safety.

Scum as usual.  I live in San Diego and the IDer says "Local"... Big Joke since this is out of the L.A. area....Blocked.
