Funny how we each have the same case number and the grammar is so horribly bad! Ugh. I want to respond to them so bad but don't want to bait them in any way so I just delete them. Blocking the email address does no good because they just come up with a new one. And a previous poster is correct, there is a legitimate company called Ace Cash Express that is actually great to deal with if you have a loan but can't pay it back all at once, and scammers like this take their name and make them look bad. I wish people would get a real job and stop trying to steal from hard working people!
Your e-mail program should have some sort of blocker. Ignore the e-mails and block them. This is a total scam originating in India and Pakistan. There's no way to stop the e-mails from being generated.

Got this E-Mail the other day, checked the IP address where it came from, gave me GPS cordinates of 37.4192,-122.0574. Put them into Google Earth and it comes up to some parking lot of a group of buildings that looks like its located at the Moffett Federal Airfield in Mountain View, CA.
