man with heavy accent calling for employee he wont state what company he is with or the reason of contact. i suggested he call a personal number then and he got rude so i disconnected the call.
Received a voicemail from this number, they had my name and my SSN, saying that they are a law firm about to process an order against me for money laundering and other various legal crimes and report that to my employer. I will be contacting an attorney asap to file charges against them.
Man with heavy Indian accent called this morning threatening me with lawsuit but would not give me his name or company name. he also got rude and said, "f*** you, F*** you, F*** you, f*** you, f*** you, f*** you, mother f***er, f*** you Bi***!!!!!! called the number back and he is ridiculous!!
Had several missed calls from same number during holiday with family. Finally answered ... two men with heavy Indian accents claiming to be attorneys with a law firm on the east coast, one named Eric and the other named Michael. Knew my name and SSN, stated they were going to be filing charges against me for fraud, theft, money laundering and I believe 2 other charges. Must have $300 sent to them by Western Union before 11A.M. EST, Sat.,Nov. 26th as they would be closed after that time. If I did not agree to these terms then "no one would be able to save me as the situation unfolds upon me". Also come Monday morning they would be calling my employer to inform them of all the charges being filed against me. Of course I sent them nothing. But guess what, even though they are closed, someone from that number called 3 more times on Saturday and so far 4 times today on Sunday. Will be contacting local law enforcement and prosecuting attorneys office.
