3 times in last 2 days any hour no message

Got a missed call. Didn't leave a message. Maybe it's scam. It says call is from LA area.

Calling 4 times a day. no voicemails left. The number traced back to Malibu Beach area.

Got 3 miss call no voice message

Almost daily this number calls at all hours of the day even at 3:28 am.  It is too much!  Never a message.  Always a hangup.  This is my biz phone line so I answer my usual & ask if the caller would like to schedule an appointment.  It's at this point the caller hangsup.

Now strangely enough, this call usually follows a call from 253-244-9429 about an hour later.
