this scammer keeps calling but never leaves a message

Twice called and answered. Said conducting survey about issues in California. First time I hung up,when they said it was a survey. Second time, I let them talk.  They asked about my PG&E service. I asked who was behind this, they said a survey company. I asked who's funding it, and they hung up.

Called 5 times in last 2 days.  Hung up each time.  Now blocked!

Called and hung up.  Reporting to FTC and do not call police!

I keep getting hang-up calls from this number.  These people won't stop harassing me! Leave me alone you crooks!
