Hi, Yup same number and smae type of voice and threats saying I owe them money. I got call also after trying to apply for a payday loan. I just told him off tonight and then looked on this website for some type of halt to these phone calls. I also told the jerk that I saved his last couple of messages with the threats on it.
So after many phone calls from this company I decided to fight back I called them every over and a over after many times of being hung up on one guy finally talked reason and said if I quit calling them they will quit calling me I said one more phone call to me my work and anyone then I would call them every sec of everyday I would make there life a living hell and would make sure noone would be able to call them but me they said they will delete my file we will see what happens cause I'm good to my word. I have told them to stop calling. What is the regulatroy agency responsible for these types of calls and how do we stop them. Please let me know I will follow through with my complaint.
I received 3 calls on my home phone, called me at work and twice on my cell phone. Said his name is Ted Miller. He has a very heavy Indian accent. Very hard to understand.
He left messages. Said that Jeff Matthews wanted to talk with me. Could not understand what company he was with.
just received a call from the US Federal Bureau of Investigation in Los Angeles CA. Jack Cooper Sr investigator. They began to read the affidavit from some company called fast cash and that I got a payday loan from them and they were going to contact my employer etc. the papers were going to be filed tomorrow. I had to ask them to repeat information before I could figure out it was a scam. I told them that I did not take a loan out with that company- they had my workplace information, email account etc. they could not speak English to save their lives. They even knew my bank name
I just received a call from this number 424-243-5413, I notice right off that the caller had an Middle eastern accent, because I had received several calls in the past from different numbers, like 760-284-4637,760-378-5708,740-277-5701,775-410-1816 with names like Alex, Eric, Jack. I cut him off in the middle of speach to tell him that I'm reporting him to the FBI and the department of Law and Investigations Scam of Tenn. He said OK and hang up the phone.
