It's Sirius XM. They have been calling my office, suspiciously usually only on the weekends. I've chewed them out a few times when they were still dumb enough to call during the week, specifically asking them to stop calling and remove my name. After a nice break in the calls, it started up again and this poor gal made the mistake of calling during the week. So I again chewed her out and requested my name off their list. I also got on Twitter and made the same request to their main account. Their help account followed me, and made sure my name was put on their do not call list. So far so good, but I'm not stupid enough to think it will last long.
