I met this man at Match.com he gave me this phone number as his cell phone number. I noticed something suspicious when I went and looked in all my contacts that this number was added a +1 424. This man called me once yesterday and he told me he's Caucasian and  he lives near Los Angeles, but when I spoke with him, he had a heavy accent sounded like he's from England. He told me that he is a business man that he left going to England on a business trip for a month. What does this mean if the +1 plus the 424 area code shows up?? Is this person using someone's line?? Could this be a scam??
