Apparently this is a new number they are using to debt scam with. It was word for word. I contacted my county clerk an discovered there was no summons. I have filed a complaint for extortion with my Sheriff's office.

This number is a scam. They call from an unpublished number saying that they are attempting to serve you a subpoena and that you need to call 424-257-0475 to give them a different address within 2 hours so that you may be served. They also provide you with a case number. The number is supposedly "Roberts Law Office". When I called the number they asked me if I was [First and Last Name] and say "to confirm this is not a mistaken identity, is your social security number ###-##-####?" I refused to provide this information and they got angry with me and said "well you are just going to have to wait to find out what the complaint is when you get served".
I checked my county and checked the county courts for the case number and my name - nothing. This is obviously a scam.
