EMG Marketing Group saying they are going to serve your employer papers if you don't contact them, but then they also said they are serving your county with papers? Whatever, I don't know who they are but sounds like a collection agency
I keep revceiving these "urgent" requests for me to contact individuals at this number, 424-260-3258 as they have papers they will serve me from the county, and will garnish my paycheck at work. I recently looked up som on-line loan options, and this is when this "scam," started. I have threatened to contact the attorney general and the callers stopped bothering me.
This place is also know as EMERALD MARKETING GROUP. They are a online payday advance company. I did get a loan with them and have since been laid off. I keep calling them back to make arrangements to repay this and they will not answer the phone to me or now that I am trying to pay them back, return my calls. Just know that before they can attach your wages, they will have to take you to court and as long as you show up and show your attempted contact (cell phone printouts) to the judge they will not be able to attach your wages as long as you keep the arrangement.
