Received call, said the company was called PLS or TLS, man who called was Adam Guerra, said: that there was a summons that couldn't be delivered. Knew my SS and DOB. Wanted me to call a law office to prevent me from being in contempt of court. There are no suits against me.
Then they hung up on me before they could give me the number to call.
i just got the same thing. they called me at work. name is adam, said they wanted to reschedule a summons for court. It said PLS or something. I google my work number, and my company's name comes up. i google this number, and this is what pops up...
