No one but a judge or the DMV in your state can revoke or suspend a DL. DLs are not suspended or revoke for ordinary civil debts.
Report them:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.) The same goes for endless telephone harassment.
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them. Tell 'em no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking). the only thing they understand.
Just received a similar call from this lady named Rebekah Franklin who was extremely aggressive and also called my wife to tell her that I was facing a warrant if I did not pay a debt. This same lady called me a thief and kept saying that I stole money. I asked that she send me information and she said she would mail me a settlement offer. I told her to send me documentation so that my attorney could look at it. She refused.
I just received a call from the exact lady named above. She threatened me with an arrest warrant, suspending my driver's license and told me I needed to pay the debt right now while she was on the phone with me. Can you shed some light on this??? Thank you in advance!!

Even if you did owe money, arrest WILL NOT HAPPEN!!!. That is an ILLEGAL threat - and a violation of the FDCPA. Give your state attorney general a call and then block this caller.
