I received a call from a Charles Sparks who claimed that I missed a preliminary hearing. He didn't say what state, city, county, or court system where this occurred; nothing else that would make it seem like a legitimate hearing did take place at a courthouse. Then he said I could contact an Elizabeth Bennets at Morgan Bailey and Associates at 424-272-5066 and gave me a reference number that began with A0-9-----. Seems very suspicious to me.
