This number keeps popping up on my caller ID. I called back last week and got a recording saying that the call was being recorded for quality assurance.  No mention of the company, though. It sounded just like the one I get for my health insurance so I called back this morning. Turns out its for West Asset Management, the same company that called asking for somebody with a garbled name that MIGHT be me. They wanted me to confirm a SSN, which was wrong, and completely refused to give me any info. I'm not giving out my social security number just so they can look it up.
