I highly doubt this is a legitimate competition, any unsolicited "winner" notice is far from genuine.
I am on the rodgers network in Canada.

I have looked at the site and it prompts you for your code but I only went that far.
this is most likely not from Apple

Just got a text reporting that I have won a prize from Apple!  Fishy as I never entered any contest!  It's a scam,
